2 Months Old!

Anthony and Aryanna turned 2 months old last week on July 25th and we still haven't even hit their due date yet (August 9th)!  They're continuing to eat well and are growing like crazy.  I think we'll have a 6 pounder and a 7 pounder when they get weighed by the visiting nurse on Monday.  You could be praying for their hemoglobin levels.  We had to take them for blood work this week because their hemoglobin levels were low at their 2 month appointment and they had been keeping an eye on both of their levels while they were in the hospital.  We haven't heard back yet about their labs on Thursday (doctor was out of the office) so we'll see what she says on Monday.

I also have a huge praise.  I've suffered from migraines since I was in elementary school.  I usually get several a month and while I was pregnant I was having them almost daily for a while.  Since the twins have been born I can count on one hand the amount of migraines I've had and none of them have been bad enough to send me to bed.  I typically get migraines when I don't keep a regular sleep schedule, don't eat meals on time or am stressed.  So with two infants and not sleeping and not eating on time I'm shocked that I haven't been miserable.  It has to be a God thing!  He knew I needed to be able to take care of these 2 babies!

Here are some pictures we took on the day they turned 2 months old.

Here's how Jose and I spend a good chunk of our time: washing, sterilizing, and filling all these bottles!

Hanging out with mommy!

Here's our sweet girl.  She is so expressive!

Our handsome little guy:

We have to change the tape on their face and change their nasal cannulas periodically so we took the opportunity to snap a quick picture of just their faces.  So cute!  Can't wait until this is how we get to see their faces all the time.

  1. I just showed Kyleigh pictures of Anthony and Aryanna and she says "awww, so cute, can I kiss them?" and then she kisses the computer screen. Adorable. Thankful things are going well! Glad to hear your migraines are so much better. That's awesome!
